Bill's 18+ year real estate sales career covers nearly every neighborhood in San Francisco, and into the nearby communities of the Bay Area, where he has helped his clients buy and sell condos, lofts, coops, single-family homes, and multi-unit residential buildings.
The real estate business is a natural extension of Bill's 25-year career in architecture, designing major residential and commercial real estate developments throughout the US, and later in nearly a dozen Asia-Pacific countries from his longtime office in Singapore.
Bill received his California real estate license in 1999, and learned the basics at Coldwell Banker SF. He later moved to Keller Williams to learn their innovative marketing systems, and then eight years with longtime SF luxury leader McGuire Real Estate.
In the SF community, Bill has been an enthusiastic supporter of Habitat For Humanity, served two terms on the board of directors of the SF chapter of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), and served two terms on the board of directors of the Villa North Beach Homeowners Association.
Bill has owned multiple properties in the Bay Area and elsewhere, so he is a great resource for ideas about remodeling and updating.
